About Us
At Wonder Preschool, we believe that every child deserves a nurturing and inspiring environment to grow and learn. As a family child care home, we are committed to providing a warm, safe, and loving atmosphere where your child can flourish. We are a dedicated husband and wife team of child care professionals who have a deep connection to the 80027. Born and raised right here, we are proud natives and we understand the unique needs of our local community. We are more than just caregivers; we are actively engaged in our community, striving to make positive contributions as responsible and caring neighbors.
Our journey began in 2012 as high school sweethearts at Monarch High School. Since then, our shared passion for early childhood education has fueled our mission to make a difference in modern childcare. Jasmine, a seasoned preschool teacher since 2012, has witnessed firsthand the challenges that come with high class sizes. This experience inspired us to create Wonder Preschool in 2018, offering a unique and intimate child care experience. Jasmine graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education in 2019. We also got married in 2019 surrounded by many of the children we've cared for and their families whom we now call friends. Our own little family grew with the arrival of our son in May of 2020, and our daughter joined us in April 2023. Becoming parents has further deepened our understanding of the joys and challenges of raising children, and it has strengthened our dedication to providing exceptional care and education. As parents ourselves, we understand the importance of finding high quality child care with caregivers you can trust and we understand the importance of building strong relationships with families. We believe that open communication and collaboration between parents and educators are vital for a child's success. We value your input and actively involve parents in their child's learning journey, providing regular updates on progress and milestones.
With a deep-rooted passion for early childhood education, we have created a preschool experience that combines play-based learning, creativity, and exploration. Our curriculum is carefully designed to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, ensuring that each child receives a well-rounded education. Living a healthy lifestyle is important to us, and we believe in leading by example. We incorporate healthy habits into our daily routine and encourage children to develop a strong foundation for their physical well-being. Exploring our community is another essential aspect of our program. We embrace the wonders of our town, embarking on frequent adventures and exposing children to the diverse opportunities and experiences available right at our doorstep.
Safety is our utmost priority at Wonder Preschool. Our home is equipped with a secure environment, adhering to all the licensing requirements and standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and childproofing. We maintain a low child-to-caregiver ratio, ensuring that each child receives individual attention and personalized care. At Wonder Preschool, we embrace diversity and celebrate each child's unique qualities. Our inclusive environment promotes respect, empathy, and understanding, helping children develop a strong sense of self and acceptance of others.
We are honored to be a part of your child's early years, and we are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning. Join us at Wonder Preschool and let us embark on an exciting educational journey together.
